FAQs Do email me for any other enquires (: Email : azure-kei@hotmail.com Question 1 : Can I pay and collect my item(s) when we meet-up? Answer : No, for preorder you have to pay first. Yes, only for instocks. Question 2 : Is the price negotiable? Answer : All price stated are fixed and non negotiable. Question 3 : What is your account number? Answer : After you had sent in an order form, confirmation will sent to you contain of my a/c. Question 4 : I have not receive my parcel, I opted for Normal Postage. What should I do? Answer : We're not responsible for lost normal postage. But we wrote our address behind the parcel, so if the address is wrong, the parcel should be bounced back to us. Just waite a few more days for the parcel to mail us back. Question 5 : Hi, may i know what's the status? Answer : Please look at the main page of our blog or click here to check the Sprees Status. Question 6 : How long do you need to reply my email? Answer : Normally emails will be replied within 24hrs. Question 7 : My item(s) received is spoil, torn. What should i do? Answer : All items are checked before we mailed out. Please take note that items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable. For GEO Lenses Question 1 : What is the waiting time for your spree(s)? Answer : Within 2weeks for Geo. After payments transferred to supplier. (Provided if there's no delay caused) Question 2 : Where is your lenses made/came from? Answer : It's imported from Korea. Question 3 : Can I have 2 different degree in 1 pair of lenses? Answer : Yes you can, left and right lens can be of different degree. Question 4 : Are contact lens casing included when I order the lenses? Answer : Nope, But if you brought 5pairs & above, FREE local postage & casing will be included. 1pc of contract lens casing SGD0.60. (: It is your responsibility to check that the lens model that you are ordering comes in the degree you want. Some lens model does not come in degree. If you order lens that are not available in your degree, I will only refund the money to you after I receive the lens and mail out all the lens to buyers. No refund if supplier sent wrong lens. It's unfair to penalize me and ask for refund because it is already paid for. I can put the wrong lens for sale for you in my Instocks page. |
