1. Firstly, Kindly agree ALL our Term&Condition before ordering from us.

2. Each Preorder's payment have to be made by the date & time stated in the Azure-kei’s post or else orders will be cancelled.

3. No cancellation of orders after payment are made. Therefore no refunds will be given.

4. We will not be responsible for any form of allergic reactions that results from the usage of our products

5. We are not liable for any mistakes made by our suppliers (eg.Colour/Defects).

- Our suppliers will ensure that the items will be in good condition before they send them out.

- As for Azure-kei, we will put in our utmost effort to ensure that all items are in good condition before mailing out.

6. No exchange/refund is allowed.

7. We will not be responsible for any subsequent damages on product AFTER receiving it.

8. Mostly after preorder closed, shipping usually takes 1-2weeks to arrive.

9. Azure-kei hold no responsibility if the stocks delayed. Kindly wait patiently for it to arrive.

10. Azure-kei reserved the rights to make any changes to the collection date/venue but we will provide a one day advance notice.
